The definition of a slow news day, in So Local Pasco country.
We answer some listener mail, and talk a bit about the demise of the Tampa Tribune.
A hearty welcome to Chef Wayne of Monkey Shines Kitchen at the Drunken Monkey! You’ve enjoyed Wayne’s cooking for YEARS at local restaurants and bars…His newest venture is on US19 in Hudson, just north of Whitney and Sons, at the Drunken Monkey Bar…Check them out TODAY!
A couple of event reminders:
Our friend Alex Centeno will be playing at the HandleBar today from 4pm to 8pm…If you have not caught Alex, yet, you should. He is a damned fine singer and player, and I am fortunate to get to spend so much time with him, these days. In addition to our professional relationship, I am proud to call him my friend.
I MAY make it to the HandleBar, but I will be entertaining Papa Crawdaddy and the Senator here at the studio at around 5:30…Since I had some technical failure issues at the FRIDAY interview, last week, we’re going to try it again in a less chaotic environment. The interview will be our Saturday So Local Pasco Music Cast, THIS Saturday, so don’t miss that!
BIG NEWS COMING FRIDAY!
Can’t say more just yet, but you will DEFINITELY want to tune in to the Friday podcast for a MAJOR event announcement…Very excited, I have a great time in store for my listeners and friends!
