Suncoast Bronze Ringers. So Local Pasco Podcast, October 10th, 2016.

I have a soft spot for bell and chime sounds…I played melodic percussion throughout my school music days.  Xylophone, Marimba, Vibraphone, Chimes, Concert bells…I LOVE the sound of bells and chimes.  That made last Tuesday evening a real treat, for me.

Jackie Kerschbaum invited me to come visit the Suncoast Bronze Ringers (about 17 of them) at their rehearsal.  I know they were self conscious about being less than performance perfect, but they sounded GREAT!  Of course, when you listen, remember that it was a rehearsal…And that often means playing passages that are difficult, over and over again.

I also want to mention that I had a bit of a recording failure…Watch for us to make it up by playing some more complete songs, a little later in the year.

I’d like to thank ALL the ladies of the Suncoast Bronze Ringers for inviting me to participate!
