The Bayou Poker Run features in our interview, today…And the two ladies who came to talk about it were so compelling, we went long…So this podcast tops out at 17 minutes. Sorry if that makes you late for work, Michael Silvestri!
A magical night at the Chasco Fiesta, as Julie Black, Dave Eichenberger, Frank Timpanelli, and “Father” Bill Spicuglia just KILLED IT, tonight. It was my first chance to see them perform live, and Julie brings a swaying, moaning, spellbinding howl to the show. Really great, and I can’t wait to sit down with her for a longer conversation, soon.
Now, a word about the MAIN event: I was visited by two charming and amazing ladies, today, here in the Spare Room Studio. Tammy Carr and Jaana Jala from Super Fun Fitness Events came by to get me up to speed on the upcoming “Bayou Battle” event they are having, May 7th, in Port Richey. I don’t want to give too much away…But it’s a poker run. In NON motorized watercraft…Including giant inflatables. Yup. There’s just a TON of fun to be had, here, and you should check it out.

They are also seeking sponsors and vendors for this MASSIVE day of fun, which benefits Raffle Rescue.
Lots of fun to be had at our sponsor bar, The HandleBar, in Hudson, this weekend…Starting tonight with the Jeremy Thomas Band. Saturday, it’s the Hot Rod and Hog Show, followed by Bottoms Up from 8-12…And Sunday, our friend Alex Centeno takes the afternoon shift, playing hits and singing for you from 2-6pm.
NEVER a shortage of things to do, and talk about…Last but not least, I want to welcome Network and Web Solutions to the So Local Pasco podcast friends and supporters list…It means a LOT when a web savvy business see the value in what we do! Thanks, Chip!
